Boost Performance offers course content relating to education of soft skills. The course description is intended to indicate the general nature of the course. Boost Performance reserves the right to amend the course and alter details at its discretion.
Access to online courses is provided for the period specified at purchase. If no period is specified, access will be available for a reasonable duration considering the nature of the content and how it is intended to be used.
We aim to keep content available for the full access period and, where possible, beyond this. However, access is not guaranteed indefinitely.
Access may also end earlier if required due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to technical failure, business closure, or insolvency.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw courses or content at any time. Where this occurs before the end of the stated access period, we will take reasonable steps to provide continued access or alternative content.
Workshop courses provided via a third-party will reflect the terms and conditions of the third-party provider unless otherwise specified.
Technology requirements
The Online Course is facilitated through an online learning management system. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software requirements, to be able to participate in the course.

Boost Performance is not responsible for any errors or failures in relation to your ability to access the Online Course, the Website or any related materials, including where such errors or failures are caused by: (i) a loss of connection on Boost Performance’s or your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online software and/or (iii) a breakdown or problems with your internet connection, computer or system.
Payment / Registration
The fee for the Online Course (the “Fee”) must be paid in full before you can access the content. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party. Where the Fee is reoccurring, if your Fee is not paid, you will be notified that you will no longer have access to the course. Access will be reinstated upon next payment of the Fee.
Courses will be billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Accepted payment methods are credit card via our website or invoice by arrangement
You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. Submission of your registration, alongside full payment of the Fee constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations and Refunds
Following the start of the course, a refund cannot be offered.
All dates are subject to change, however, notice of changes will be given and refunds will not be issued for rescheduled class.
Boost Performance reserves the right to cancel the course by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the course start date. Boost Performance will refund all fees paid by you for the cancelled course. Boost Performance’s liability when it cancels a course will be limited to a refund of the Fee of a cancelled Course.
For partial cancellation of a course, such refunds will be made on a proportionate basis.
Sign-in and Membership
In order to use certain features of our website you may need to register an account and sign-in. Where that is the case, you may be notified of additional terms that apply either by us displaying those on the website and/or emailing those to you.
Unacceptable content
If your contributions to the site, or social media channel includes material deemed unacceptable by Boost Performance, they reserve the right to moderate, remove, hide, delete or ban content or users for comments, messages, images or links, including but not limited to content that contains:
offensive language.
personal attacks of any kind.
improper comments that target any group or individual based on their ethnicity, race, gender, religion, faith or sexual preference.
spam and/or trolling*, including repeated posts/messages or marketing content.
infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
misinformation.
any other material we deem to be inappropriate.
*’trolling’ – a term used for a person who purposefully attempts to aggravate, blame or direct abuse to get a response from you to inflame a situation further.
Copyright
All materials (including but not limited to text, photographs, video, audio, images and any other content) appearing via the Online Course and/or on the Website are protected by copyrights and/or other proprietary rights belonging to Boost Performance and/or other third parties. You agree to abide by all applicable laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights and privacy rights in NZ, the US, UK and any other jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Website.
You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, disseminate, publish, post, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, upload to, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the Course and/or on the Website unless specific permission is provided. You may not sell or offer for sale any of the content, or allow third parties to access it, or use such content to construct any kind of database. You may use the content from the Online Course and/or on the Website only for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to maintain the security of any username and password required for accessing Course Material. You will notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username and/or password. Only you may access the course using your login details.

Any disputes in connection with this agreement are governed by New Zealand law and must be brought before the courts of New Zealand.
