Engaging Effectively with Your Stakeholders

This practical one-day workshop will introduce you to contemporary thinking on stakeholder engagement, give you the tools to map and manage your stakeholder relationships and assist you in developing an actionable and measurable engagement strategy. You will leave the workshop with a "plan on a page" for more effectively engaging with a selected key stakeholder.

Giving and Receiving Effective Feedback

Learn to give and receive feedback using evidance backed methods, while being respectful of yourself and others.

When employees and managers learn to give and receive feedback effectively at work it will reduce conflict, improve productivity, support staff engagement and increase productivity. Sessions range from one hour to one day

Working with Ambiguity and Uncertainty

In fast-moving, uncertain environments, people are often expected to provide clarity and direction (even when the path ahead is unclear). This interactive workshop helps people build the mindset, presence and tools to lead when they don’t have all the answers.

Through evidence-based concepts, peer discussion, reflective practice and real-world application, participants will learn how to hold space for ambiguity, mobilise action without control, and build confidence in their ability to work adaptively.

Micro Resiliance

This three hour session helps participants build simple habits that strengthen wellbeing, focus and emotional balance during the working day. Rather than relying only on big lifestyle changes, the course explores small, evidence-informed strategies that can be used in real time (from refocusing attention and resetting stress responses to reframing challenges, refreshing energy and creating healthier work-from-home boundaries). Through reflection, group discussion and practical exercises, participants identify everyday workplace triggers and develop a personalised plan to respond more effectively, sustain performance and support each other’s resilience over time.

We’re too busy right now, how will we make time for training?

Our sessions are designed with busy professionals in mind. Workshops are practical, time-efficient, and can be delivered in short formats (from 60 minute webinars or half day sessions) without compromising impact. One day course can be broken into three session of two hours. The time you invest now saves you time and stress down the line.

Will this be just another tick-box training?

No. our sessions are interactive, conversational and directly tied to real workplace challenges. People leave with tools they can apply straight away. Often participants say it’s one of the most useful sessions they’ve attended.

Can you tailor the training to our team’s specific needs?
